Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved a time in our schedule exclusively for you. We appreciate a phone call in the circumstances you run late to your appointment. 

Please understand that appointment times are limited and if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully require 48 hours notice. We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes as required. 

Here at AB Hair & Makeup, we understand circumstances may arise and emergencies may happen that prevent 48-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We reserve the right to waive the 50% cancellation fee. 

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs less than 48-hours notice and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

Any cancellation or changes to appointments must be communicated, we advise you to ring the salon to speak to an AB Team member to ensure your appointment changes are confirmed. 

Courtesy reminder texts are sent out three days prior to your appointment date. We endeavour to give you a courtesy call if you don’t respond to our text reminders. In the event that you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy, should you forget about your appointment. Cancellation and no-shows are not only a loss to our business but to our other clients who would love to attend an AB Hair & Makeup booking.
