Antoinette’s reputation as a go-to hair and makeup artist for the Australian television, media and theatre industries is based on more than 20 elite years in the business.
She has worked with and is trusted by local and international celebrities, including Susan Sarandon, Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins, Matt Damon and Hugh Jackman to name a few, commercial businesses, events organisers, and private clients as the director and founder of her Melbourne salon.
Antoinette was the head of the hair and makeup division for a large Australian commercial TV network for ten years, and had broad experience with various other networks.
She has managed and coordinated the makeup and hair looks for major events, fashion shoots, launches and runway shows, including horse racing’s Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup carnivals, the AFL’s Brownlow Medal, the TV Logie Awards and the Commonwealth Games.
Steph comes to us with 18 years of experience and for the last seven years she has worked for herself while raising 2 kids – She is loving being back in a salon environment and working with a team. Steph is currently studying her certificate IV in training and assessment with the hope of teaching new hairdresser apprentices in the future.
She loves all things blonde and enjoys the process of getting the perfect blonde while keeping the hair in its optimal health condition and has a strong love of colour corrections and transformations. Steph is also excellent at hair-ups and loves event hair styling and creating the best-suited style for the client/individual.
We are thrilled to introduce Rebecca as the newest member of the AB Team. With 18 years of experience under her belt, she has spent the last 9 years running her own business, worked in London for 2 years, and now splits her time between Melbourne and Sydney.
Rebecca’s passion lies in coloring, particularly blondes and baby lights, but she is well-versed in all aspects of hairdressing. She also enjoys creating stunning hairdos and styles for weddings and events.
